The superintensive farming crops of olive trees is what the former owners established, exploiting them through the utilization of synthesis products. The challenge of the AMMA Center that has adopted them is now to shift to biological farming and achieve its own self-sufficiency.
We are every a team of professionals in the service of this idea. My contribution: helping and advising the agricultural coordinator in what is needed, from a biologist’s point of view as well as from Nature’s point of view.
